Refund & Returns Policy

Welcome to Zooilly! We strive to make your experience at Zooilly inspiring. We will accept an exchange, refund or return on a case by case basis. Here is a general outline of our refunds and returns policy.

Exchanges

If you found an item on Zooilly and it does not fit as expected, we will accept a return at our Zooilly headquarters via USPS mail. For an exchange, we will provide a USPS shipping label via email for you to print and bring to a USPS location. The shipping label will be pre-paid at no charge to you. Once received, we will re-ship the item to you in a different size.

Returns

Items that were damaged during shipping can be returned to Zooilly for a return. We will return the item to the Zooilly and then they will ship out a new product for no additional charge. We will provide a USPS shipping label via email for you to print and bring to a USPS location. The shipping label will be pre-paid at no charge to you. Once received, we will re-ship the item to you the same way that you ordered previously.

Refunds

Refunds will be applied to items that are out of stock (like those explained in the refunds and returns policy) and cannot be re-ordered. We cannot issue a refund solely based on the fact that you no longer want the item, just need your money back, or didn’t need the item in the first place. Refunds are issued on a case by case basis.
